WHAT IS SUPERMOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP?

SuperMotocross World Championship unifies the different elements of both the Supercross and Pro Motocross seasons — athletes, race teams, sponsors, organizers, and most importantly the fans – and combines the best of both forms of racing: the profound technical skill and precision needed to excel in supercross, and the sheer speed and endurance required for success in Pro Motocross.

HOW ARE THE ROUNDS STRUCTURED?

The combined 31-event series includes 17 Supercross rounds, 11 Pro Motocross rounds, 2 SuperMotocross Playoffs and 1 SuperMotocross World Championship Final.

WHAT CAN FANS EXPECT?

This new form of racing is defined by the world’s most challenging tracks—designed to test athletes both physically and mentally. Race teams and manufacturers will be faced with the new challenge of finding the right balance in their bike and suspension set ups best suited for combined stadium and outdoor track elements. Fans’ perceptions will be challenged as they see the world’s best racers compete on a track requiring of a new, combined discipline to win.

HOW WILL THE WORLD CHAMPION BE CROWNED?

The SuperMotocross World Championship unifies Supercross and Pro Motocross with a unique playoff format that seeds the top 22 racers in combined points from both championships, for one final contest. Make it into the playoffs and it’s anybody’s race.

WHAT IS SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS

SuperMotocross Video Pass is a digital streaming subscription service that gives fans who live outside the United States exclusive, unlimited access to watch the current Monster Energy AMA Supercross season & archive races, current AMA Pro Racing Championship season & SuperMotocross Playoffs and Championship Finals, live or on-demand. SuperMotocross Video Pass can be accessed using your favorite streaming devices, including mobile devices, or any personal computer.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION?

Supercross Video Pass is only available for fans who live outside the United States and can only be purchased online at SuperMotocross.tv.

HOW MUCH DOES SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS COST?

For the 2023 season, SuperMotocross Video Pass is offering one package option of $160 USD that gives fans uninterrupted access to Monster Energy AMA Supercross season, AMA Pro Racing Championship season & SuperMotocross Playoffs and Championship Finals. This subscription will auto-renew on or around December 4th, 2023.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription via your account page on the app or website at any time. If you cancel before your subscription period ends you will still be able to watch all SuperMotocross content until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unwatched SuperMotocross Video Pass content.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, go to the SuperMotocross login screen and click the link that says, “Forgot your username or password?” Enter the email address associated with your SuperMotocross Video Pass account and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

HOW DO I REQUEST MY INFORMATION FROM SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS?

Please contact us using the email account associated with your subscription.

In the Email subject line state: “Right to Access under Art 15 GDPR” and in the email state: “I hereby request all information I am entitled to under Article 15 GDPR that is associated with my account. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact me.” It is likely that someone might get back to you requesting further proof for identity verification. You may also request for your information to be deleted.

WHAT ON-DEMAND VIDEO CONTENT IS AVAILABLE ON SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS?

All 2023 live Monster Energy AMA Supercross rounds, AMA Pro Racing Championship rounds & the SuperMotocross Playoffs and Championship Finals races will be available on-demand along with Race Day Live episodes. There also is an extensive Supercross Archive that will be made available for on-demand, unlimited viewing.

IS SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS AVAILABLE IN ALL COUNTRIES?

SuperMotocross Video Pass is available in all countries except for the United States.

WHAT LANGUAGES IS SUPERMOTOCROSS VIDEO PASS AVAILABLE IN?

SuperMotocross is currently only available in English.

Supercross is available on the following devices:Desktop: PC and Mac - the website is available on all modern desktop browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

CAN I WATCH ON MULTIPLE DEVICES AT ONCE?

Your SuperMotocross subscription allows you to watch video content on one device at a time. You can have multiple login sessions open simultaneously but will not be able to watch multiple videos at the same time.

TROUBLESHOOTING STREAMING & TECHNICAL ISSUES

NETWORK CONNECTIVITY

One of the most common issues seen by Video Pass users is that of weak and interrupted internet connectivity within their home Wi-Fi Networks. If you see constant buffering or loading circles or frequent changes in the quality of your streams, try these troubleshooting steps.

If none of the below work, and you continue to have the same issues, please consider contacting your Internet Service Provider.

  • Restart your browser, device and home Wi-Fi Network

    •  Close the browser that had Video Pass open / the Video Pass app
    •  Shut down your device
    •  Unplug your Wi-Fi router / modem from power for 1-2 minutes
    •  Plug your Wi-Fi router / modem back into power
    •  Restart device, open the Video Pass in your browsers
  • Improve your Wi-Fi Signal
     
     Move to a more central location / closer to your device
    •  Move Wi-Fi router away from other wireless devices (microwaves) to avoid interference
    •  Move router off the floor
  • Connect your computer directly to the modem
     
    •  
    Close the browser that had VideoPass open
    •  Shut down your computer
    •  Unplug your modem from power for 1-2 minutes
    •  Plug your modem back into power
    •  Turn computer on, plug computer into modem via ethernet cable
    •  Open Video Pass in a browser

DESKTOP BROWSER ISSUES

When trying to access a live Video Pass event, if you are seeing a continuous loading circle or connection error within the video player, this may be resolved by signing out of Video Pass, clearing your web browser’s cache, and relaunching the browser.If you’re unsure of how to clear your web browser’s cache, please see the below links for instructions from each of the most commonly used browsers:

For any issues on the iOS app please try to reinstall the app from your mobile device:
